No surprises
- There's no free trial and no card "trial" that quietly turns into a charge. You only pay when you pick a plan.
- We email you 3 days before every renewal with the amount, the date, the plan credits that expire that day and a link to cancel.
- If a charge fails, you keep access while it's retried; that period's plan credits are paused and your pack credits stay available.
Cancel whenever you want
- In Settings → Account → Plan, with one click on "Cancel plan". No calls, no forms.
- We won't charge you again and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can resume before that date.
- On that day any remaining plan credits expire. Pack credits stay saved in your account.
Refunds
If you cancel your plan and ask for it, we refund the part you didn't use. We look at two things: how much time is left in the period and how many plan credits you didn't use. We refund based on the smaller of the two.
Refund = what you paid × the smaller of those two fractions, rounded down to the cent.
Example: you paid 149 USD for one month of Growth. You ask on day 10 of a 30-day period, so 67% of the time is left. You used 3,360 of your 5,600 plan credits, so 40% of the credits are left. The smaller is 40%: we refund 59.60 USD.
Credit packs: if you haven't used any of their credits, we refund the whole pack. When we refund it, that pack's credits are removed from your balance.
To ask for a refund, write to info@noxvi.ai from your account's email. We refund to the same method you paid with.
None of this limits your rights under the law, such as the right of withdrawal where it applies.
Credits
- Every AI action shows its cost in credits before you spend them. If the real cost turns out higher than what you saw (for example, a PDF with more pages), we don't charge: we show you the exact price and you decide again.
- Plan credits renew every month on your billing date (yearly plans too) and expire when they renew. Pack credits never expire and are used after plan credits.
- Every spend, refund and purchase is recorded in Settings → Account → Plan → Credit activity.
Automatic refunds
- If a generation fails because of us or the AI provider, the credits go back to your balance on their own, to the same bucket they came from.
- One cap, to prevent abuse: when the AI did answer (and it cost us) but the result wasn't usable, we refund up to 3 times a day per type of action. From the fourth time on the same day, those credits aren't refunded. If the AI didn't even answer, they're always refunded.
- Videos: refunded if the video was never made, because it failed or because you cancelled it while it was waiting its turn. A video stuck for more than 30 minutes is treated as failed and a daily check refunds its credits.
- Videos that aren't refunded: if you cancel once it's already being made, or if the only thing that fails is the voice or the lip movement. In that case we still deliver the video.
Your ad spend
- We don't take any percentage of what you spend on ads. You pay your plan and, if you want, credit packs. Nothing else.
- Meta, Google and TikTok bill your ad spend directly to your payment method. NOXVI never touches that money.
Safety limit
NOXVI never raises or turns on spend above your limit without your OK, and pauses if it's exceeded. Platforms may deliver a bit more on a given day; the limit is per period. You set it in Settings → My business.
